5 Part Paragraphs

So, here's what I think. I was very impressed while listing to my classmates reading their 5 part paragraphs. To be honest, they were a lot better than I thought they would be, but still, like in any good collection of writing, there were a few flaws. One thing that I saw over all was that a lot of people kinda smashed their transitions together with the quotes and their embedding’s. I think that it is easy to get those mixed up, but also very easy to fix if they just use the resources provided for them- the whole paragraph packet and also all the people around them. Some other things I noticed were that a lot of people used select words in their papers over and over again, like they were trying to prove the point, by saying words like "racism" and "innocent" a lot. One more thing was that I think some people picked one word to describe their topic and tried to apply it by using it in weird ways, when if they really had understood what it meant, and how it applied, they could have phrased it differently.
As for me, I was very confident as I went up to read my paper, and found out that it wasn't as perfect as I thought it was, and that just goes to show that you have to use your resources, it’s really easy  just get someone to read over your paper and have them tell you what they think. I'm relatively happy with how my paragraph turned out, and glad that everyone was so honest when critiquing, instead of just saying that it’s good. In conclusion, I think that if everyone had really used their resources to the fullest, all the papers would have been even better than they already were.
